1 of nine properties will exist awarded the title of Scotland's Home of the Year in the popular BBC evidence's chiliad finale tonight.

Scotland's favourite property programme will exist finishing up its 2022 season with a must-see hr-long special that is ready to air at 8pm on Monday.

The SHOTY judges - including interior designer Anna Campbell-Jones, builder and lecturer Michael Angus and lifestyle blogger Kate Spiers - have travelled the country on the hunt for this year's winner.

Homeowners Sheena and John Gillespie are hoping their converted fire station house will blaze into the final of Scotlands Home of the Year.

Situated in the heart of Hawick, Firestation House is a C-listed edifice dating from the 1850s, abode to Sheena, John and their dog, Teddy.

The building's burn-fighting past can be seen in the arch opening for the horse-fatigued firewagon and the swivel pins on the exterior wall.
